This patient had placement of silicone implant by another plastic surgeon a few years ago. She developed severe capsular contractures & very hard and crooked breasts. Her implants had leaked and she had formed painful granulomas and calcifications. For her revision surgery I preformed open capeulectomies, capsulotomies, removal of all leaked silicon particles and all calcifications, internal lift and placement of new high profile silicon gel breast implants 450CC capacity. Her breasts are now soft and pain free.
