This has been another very exciting case for me. This patient had the incredible mental strength, discipline and determination to lose about 250lbs on her own! I admire her for that. As a result she developed very saggy breasts as you can see but also her arms and the areas under her armpit developed considerable laxity. She wanted an operation to correct all those areas at the same time and that is what I did for her.
This result is about 6 months after her surgery. You can see that she got round, teardrop shaped looking breasts and the rest of the excess skin was removed and her upper body was greatly improved. I did not use an implant to give her breasts shape and projection. Instead I re-arranged all the breast tissue she has so that I can create youthful looking breasts.
