This beautiful young woman came to me and asked me to give her more cleavage, make her breasts rounder and fuller especially on top. This particular lady wanted to have a very natural look.
I performed a breast augmentation with saline filled implants. The volumes were 350cc on both sides. The implants were high profile and the incision was a very small one placed in the inframammary fold.
