This beautiful 40-year-old European woman came to me for a breast augmentation asking me to give a most natural look. She wanted to have “tear-drop” shaped breasts. Furtehrmore because of her European background she wanted the breasts to not be too big yet proportionate with her body. She wanted a very perky and natural look.
I performed a breast augmentation with saline filled implants via an inframammary approach. The implants were moderate profile breast implants.
The implant volumes were 300cc in both sides.
She got exactly the look that she asked me for and I personally consider this look to be one of the most beautiful breast shapes.
