Please pay attention to the details of this case. This was a very challenging operation because her breasts were uneven in every way. Specifically her breasts had uneven volumes and uneven shapes. Furthermore they had different areolas and a different anatomy. It is extremely hard to achieve symmetry with only one operation.
This is the result after only one operation.
She wanted a breast augmentation and also correction of her asymmetry and droopiness.
I performed a breast augmentation with saline filled implants via an upper peri-areolar approach (i.e. the incision was at the margin of the areaola).
I filled the right implant to 480cc volume. I filled the left breast implant to a 510cc volume.
I also performed an internal lift in both sides and also I did a right peri-areolar mastopexy in order to reduce the diameter of the right areola in order to match the left areola.
The patient was very happy after and she had a 36D like she wanted.
