This college freshman came to me being concerned about a common problem particularly of young women. She was concerned that her breasts were underdeveloped and also uneven.
Once again this is an example of a challenging case because the ideal goal is to her breasts as even and symmetric as possible. Furthermore she has a very benign form of tuberous breast deformity that needs to be corrected.
I performed a breast augmentation with saline filled implants and used a periareolar approach. I corrected her deformity. I used 330cc on the right breast and 300cc on the left. The implants were high profile.
