This athletic male came to me after he had liposuction of his abdomen and flanks twice at other plastic surgeons. When he came to me he had lumps and bumbs all over his abdomen and especially at the lower part of his abdomen as you can see. More importantly he was left from his prior liposuction surgeries with an unattractive skin fold to the right and to the left of his belly button. He came to me for correction of the skin folds and the contour irregularities.
The operation that I did was liposculpture of his whole abdomen and flanks and fat harvesting and grafting to his problem areas that were depressed and made folds.
The result that you see is after 6 months. His abdomen and flanks have a much better and more masculine contour. Furthermore his folds around his belly button are gone. He is very happy and much more confident about his look.
