This incredibly sweet patient of mine was a Victoria Secret model when she was a teenager living in San Francisco. Several difficulties in her life caused dramatic changes in her figure. At 35 she came to me after she made the difficult conscious decision that she will change her life once again. She wanted to begin changing her body by correcting her abdominal contour.

As you see from her pre-operative pictures she required not just the standard “tummy tuck” She required an abdominal operation of greeter magnitude and efficacy.

I performed an extended abdominoplasty on her with liposuction of her sides at the same operation.  I also tightened her abdominal muscles in order to make the abdomen as flat as possible. Last but not least I liposuctioned and elevated her saggy pubic area. The result that you see is only after six weeks.  She now lives in Europe and she emailed me her after pictures that she took with her iphone. She is very happy and plans to proceed to have additional surgery to correct other areas of her body.

What can you do about the skin quality you may ask me next by looking at this patient. The answer is that after we perform the proper body contouring operations we may improve upon the skin quality with the use of laser tightening devices.
