This young lady came to see me because she was unhappy with the look of her lower face and neck. Her underlying problems were a small and retruded chin- a pushed back chin- and an abnormal neck muscle (platysma) anatomy.
I performed a necklift and a plication (tightening) of the neck muscles and I also placed a small chin implant at the same time.
The aesthetic result is improved with a more proportional face and neck appearance.
