This lady was one my first patients when I came to California and came to me after I did an abdominoplasty surgery to her daughter.
I performed upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and a deep chemical peel to her whole face. In terms of facial resurfacing I use both chemical peels and lasers. I must admit though that the results a skilled plastic surgeon can get with a single chemical peel treatment can be amazing. The best chemical peels and time tested for efficacy and new collagen production are the TCA peel and the Phenol peel. I chose the peel based on each patient’s individual skin type. I customize my treatments.
I am please with how “open” the eyes look in this patient of mine after the surgery. Furthermore I love how beautiful and fresh the skin of the face and eyes looks after the deep peel treatment. She looks so much younger and more feminine. In addition her tired and weathered look is gone and now replaced with a youthful and fresh look.
