This lady had a facelift and neck lift at the same time. I believe that in most patients there is an added advantage if the face and the neck are done together at the same time. I see the face and the neck as one entity. Facial rejuvenation therefore to me means rejuvenation of the neck as well for a more beautiful result. The result is obvious.
